My fascination began in childhood, and by the age of 13, I started cataloguing the trees I found. But it was around 15 or 16 that my passion truly deepened, sparking a journey of exploration, discovery, and enjoyment, not just in trees but for the wider landscape of the British Isles.

Spending time outdoors has always been a part of who I am, and nothing has taught me more about trees than simply observing them up close in their natural habitats. Through these explorations, I’ve discovered countless fascinating trees, and I’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge and photographs along the way.
